Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech and B.Arch at IIT Roorkee

10+2 in Science Stream from a respected board with Mathematics & Physics as main subjects. This institute also takes JEE Advanced results into account. JoSAA Counseling determines the final IIT Roorkee admission.

Selection Criteria for B.Tech and B.Arch at IIT Roorkee

Applicants must take the JEE Advanced entrance exam.

Eligible candidates must first register with JoSSA, via which they will be counselled.

JoSAA releases the opening and closing ranks of each specialisation in different rounds.

IIT Roorkee verifies admission of qualified candidates based on a minimal rank cutoff.
